Me and Kylie, new BFs

Kylie came to interview me this week, she’s a big fan of MSN Life & Style and wanted to know now it all worked.

 

 

Well, nearly. I jumped on the tail of our Music Editor, James Hurley, when he went to interview Kyles at the swanky Blakes Hotel in London. Vernon Kay and the GMTV lot were all queuing to meet the star as we arrived.

 

Have to say she was absolutely lovely – really friendly and super professional. Even apologised when her make-up artist needed to dab on some powder to take away any shininess (it was a very hot day and the hotel suite was heating up).

 

Top beauty tip? Wear lashings of suncream. Favourite fashion designers – well, they all send their stuff direct to Ms Minogue of course – but she loves the young talent coming out of Central St Martins. Believe it or not, the top in this shot is actually a skirt, fashioned into a vest. Good work.

 

Never sure whether you’re allowed to touch pop royalty, but Kylie put her arm around me at the end for this photo. My mate Christian is spitting jealous and has firmly told me never to wash again. Swoon.
